The Higher Vibes Coaching Experience
Thrive With Your Vibe
Leadership & ADHD Coaching in NYC & Virtually
Higher Vibes Coaching works with high-achieving executives and professionals who want to lead on their own terms. Specializing in leadership development, strategic thinking, and energy management — with a trauma-informed, neurodivergent lens for those who suspect or know they have ADHD. Available in person in New York City (Manhattan) and virtually nationwide.
Who We Work With
Higher Vibes Coaching exists for people who want more self-agency within systems that were not designed to support them. Because you don't need to be fixed — you need a trauma-informed coach who knows workplace reality from the inside and has the training to meet your specific needs. To help you navigate systems that are outdated, unfair, and not changing fast enough.
You fit one of these profiles:
High-achieving leader mapping what's next — and only want to be coached by someone who has led
Have a demanding career — healthcare, startups, or any field where the pace will stay chronically relentless
Diagnosed or self-identified with ADHD or AuDHD — you get things done, but lose yourself in the process
Recovering from eating disorders, substances, or addictive behaviors, and want real 1:1 accountability
Navigating a major life transition — new career, divorce, menopause, or a diagnosis that reframed everything
You are looking for:
Clarity: Understanding patterns, priorities, and the factors influencing decisions.
Experimentation: Testing new ways of working, leading, and responding to pressure.
Integration: Building habits, structures, and practices that support long-term growth

Coaching Programs
Most leadership coaching teaches you to perform better. This program goes beyond performance. Over six months, we excavate who you actually are as a leader — not the version you've been performing to survive the room. Authentic voice, real confidence, decisions based on values rather than fear. Especially powerful if you've spent years code-switching in rooms that weren't inviting for you.
Coaching for Leadership
Burnout isn't a willpower problem. It's a systems problem — usually designed for someone else's brain. Over 90 days, we build focus, flow, and follow-through around how your brain actually operates. Your ROI on attention, not just time. No more white-knuckling through until Friday. This program was built for ADHD brains, but it can also be flexed to help those in job or life transitions.
ADHD Coaching
Some things are easier to say when you're moving. Walk with me, ride your Peloton, or stretch while we coach — whatever gets you out of your head and into the conversation. Movement lowers the emotional charge around hard topics before you even name them. In-person in NYC and remotely anywhere. Built for ADHD brains, trauma survivors, and anyone with Zoom fatigue.

Basic FAQs
-
Coaching helps you move forward with clarity, structure, and action. We look at your patterns, decisions, and behaviors and build ways of working that fit your life.
-
Coaching works best if you’re willing to be honest, reflect on your patterns, and try things between sessions. You don’t need everything figured out, but you do need to be open to change and take ownership. If you’re looking for someone to fix things or tell you what to do, this won’t be a fit.n
-
A coach helps you see patterns, ask better questions, and create structure that works. I guide the process, offer observations, and keep you focused—but you make the decisions and take the action.
-
Therapy focuses on healing the past and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on the present and future—how you think, act, and follow through. If you need clinical or trauma support, therapy is the better place to start.
-
We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to assess fit, clarify goals, and start identifying patterns. Please complete the contact form to schedule a consult.
If we decide to move forward after the consult, we’ll define a coaching package and set a consistent schedule. We offer four coaching journeys: Leadership Coaching, ADHD Coaching, Coaching in Motion, and Platform Coaching (e.g., Spring Health).
Coaching is structured in 3–6 month arcs focused on forward movement—identifying patterns, focusing priorities, and defining clear next steps.
We design a custom 3–6 month package based on your needs. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes or a mix of them, depending on your preferences and the depth of work.
The work continues between sessions through reflection, experimentation, and follow-through. Progress only comes from active participation.
If you opt in, you’ll receive an AI-generated session summary by email. You’re also encouraged to take your own notes by hand or on a computer/tablet.

Our Coaching Philosophy
Leadership challenges rarely exist in isolation. They are shaped by identity, expectations, organizational culture, and the systems people operate within. Our coaching approach integrates behavioral strategy with awareness of the broader context leaders navigate. The goal isn’t to force people into a predetermined model of leadership, but to help them understand how they work best and build systems that support clarity, energy, and sustainable performance.
How we work together:
Identity Affirming: Your goals don't exist in a vacuum. They're shaped by your values, your history, and the parts of your identity that most coaching asks you to leave at the door. For neurodivergent professionals, BIPOC leaders, and anyone who's spent years code-switching just to survive the room — we don't do that. We build your north star from your strengths, not from who toxic systems told you to be.
Pattern Interrupting: Everyone has patterns that get in the way. Triggers, external pressures, old stories running in the background. Inner critics are inherited from families, workplaces, and systems that were never designed for you. For late-diagnosed ADHD adults and trauma survivors, especially, these patterns run deep and quiet. We name them, figure out why you're still holding on, and build strategies to diffuse them — without shame.
Co-Creating Success: This isn't a relationship where the coach supplies the answers. If you want tips and tricks, TikTok has plenty. You know more than you think you do — you just need enough safety and space to actually hear it. Trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming coaching means we figure it out together, as full humans who challenge biases and assumptions, including our own.
Therapy Adjacent: Coaching isn't therapy. But that doesn't mean we pretend your nervous system isn't in the room. For clients navigating ADHD, trauma, or recovery, we build in the structure, accountability, and frameworks that traditional coaching skips — without crossing into clinical territory. You get an ADHD leadership coach who understands what it costs to function in systems that weren't built for you, and who meets you exactly where you are.
