If you’ve spent your career feeling like you don’t quite fit that mold, you’re not imagining it. The mold itself is super outdated.
Higher Vibes Coaching is designed for leaders who never fit the traditional mold — and have no interest in pretending they do. Neurodivergent professionals, BIPOC executives, LGBTQ+ leaders, and thoughtful disruptors who want to build careers, teams, and leadership styles that reflect who they actually are — not who systems expect them to be.
What to Expect
Leadership challenges rarely exist in isolation. They are shaped by identity, expectations, organizational culture, and the systems people operate within. Our coaching approach integrates behavioral strategy with awareness of the broader context leaders navigate. The goal isn’t to force people into a predetermined model of leadership, but to help them understand how they work best and build systems that support clarity, energy, and sustainable performance.
Our work incorporates three parts:
Clarity: Understanding patterns, priorities, and the factors influencing decisions.
Experimentation: Testing new ways of working, leading, and responding to pressure.
Integration: Building habits, structures, and practices that support long-term growth.

Minal Kamlani is a Leadership and ADHD Coach in New York City, working with neurodivergent professionals and executives who are high-achieving on paper — and running on empty underneath.
Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, lived experience, and modern work. She works with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
